INFLUENCES

     TROYAN DREAM has been mainly influenced by the 1980's wave of French Hard Rock and Heavy Metal bands and the new wave of British Heavy Metal.

In England, IRON MAIDEN, LED ZEPPELIN, BLACK SABBATH, DEEP PURPLE, TANK, HOLOCAUST, DEF LEPPARD, TOKYO BLADE ...

In USA, TALAS, Mr BIG, STEPPENWOLF, BLUE OYSTER CULT, THE DOORS ...

Bands and singers from other styles had also a great influence, we could name The BEATLES, the ROLLING STONES, PINK FLOYD, the POLICE, THE CLASH, Lou REED, Neil YOUNG, BB KING, CREEDANCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL, Bob MARLEY, Jacques BREL or Georges BRASSENS among others.

Asians bands and artists as TANG CHAO, SILVER ASH, HE BAO, XU WEI, CUI JIAN, DIR EN GREY or PIERROT gave us new approaches of the music and showed us that it was possible to stay faithfull to our roots and, in the same time, open our music to different styles.
